What began as three humble tables in Mrs. Tersilla Robino's kitchen on Howland Street has grown into one of Delaware's most cherished dining institutions. Italian immigrants would gather at her home, drawn by the aroma of handmade pasta and sauces crafted from family recipes passed down through generations.
Word spread quickly, and soon guests were lining up outside her door. In 1940, Mrs. Robino opened the restaurant at its current Union Street location, where her legacy continues today. Still family-owned and operated by her descendants, we remain committed to the same traditions of warmth, hospitality, and authentic Italian cooking that made her kitchen famous.
Handmade Ravioli
Delicate pasta pillows filled with ricotta and fresh herbs, prepared daily using Mrs. Robino's original recipe. Finished with your choice of our signature sauces.
Fettuccine with Shrimp
Silky ribbons of fresh fettuccine tossed with succulent shrimp in a rich garlic butter sauce, finished with a touch of white wine and fresh parsley.
Bruschetta
Crispy slices of house-made bread topped with ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil. A classic Italian starter.
